Only had one member show up to help clear the rink at noon on Sunday so… thanks to our Skytavern Hockey Hero Jim Wellborn for coming up and helping. We tried a noon Sunday game which I thought would be popular but couldn’t play obviously with only two of us. The low numbers also made it a lot more work to clear. Hoping in the future we get a better turn out. It’s just too much work for a couple people… or one in some cases. Looking at the Storm Door wide open this week we are going to try to sneak in a game before it snows in earnest on Wednesday by playing on Tuesday night.

Please come with your kids and support your community rink. It’s a lot of work to keep it open and when no one shows… well… its pretty depressing! Plan on Tuesday night at 5:30!
