Enjoyed some good competitive hockey but wound up with a completely empty Donation Bucket. Folks, a few of us have invested a lot of time and money in building this rink over the last decade and in resurrecting it from under 8′ of snow. The least you can do is contribute some dough so that we can replace hoses, pay for paint and keep the lights on. After making chili for all it would have been nice to see something in there… on our end we will work on letting people know our expectations keeping in mind it is a donation and not a charge. We certainly don’t want lack of funds to keep folks from enjoying the rink!
